If you are unsatisfied with your order because of a mistake on our part, we will replace your item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If your order is flawed due to an error on your part, for example, incorrect spelling or low-resolution images, we will help you correct the issue and we will even share part of the replacement cost with you!
Before submitting your order, please review and make sure that all customizable features like spelling, grammar, text positioning, orientation and cropping of images, and other selections such as paper choice and finish options are correct. We will not be responsible for any errors resulting from items mentioned above.
In some cases, we will not ask you to return your order. However, since quality is a top priority for us, we may ask you to return your order, so we can learn more about it.
If your product was damaged or altered after you received it, we will not offer a replacement of that product.
Once an order has been submitted through our website, we will not be able to cancel the order.
